Numerical and experimental investigations on cutting force of broaching internal spline holes

چکیده

Cutting force in broaching process is essential information for quality control, troubleshooting and tool life prediction, yet existing technical bottlenecks prediction acquirement internal spline holes process. Based on the mechanics of orthogonal metal cutting, a numerical model cutting constructed by Johnson–Cook material constitutive law failure taking friction both rake face flank into consideration used to numerically estimate forces. A measurement apparatus developed, real-time monitored, which contains effects structural vibration can be divided static dynamic force. Wavelet transform filtering method therefore employed separate component from component. Calculated value good agreement with experimental measurement. The are feasible intelligent manufacturing where used.
